The 18-acre site, on Great Eastern Way, was bought by Brockton Capital and Pradera UK in a joint venture.

It has around three acres which have room spare to increase the retail and leisure offer.

Pradera director Neil Varnham said: “This park is ideally located close to the town centre and has the strongest concentration of furniture and furnishing retailers, which we aim to build upon in the forthcoming period to deliver an even stronger offer.”
