£1.5m revamp for Bailey House

Hide AdCouncillors have agreed plans for the refurbishment for the four-storey building in Rawmarsh Road which will become the HQ for Rotherham Borough council’s ancillary services.
It will also house the York and Lancaster Regimental Museum, the council’s elections service, deeds and museum storage.
Bailey House will also contain a back-up IT suite, print unit for communications arm RBT, the chief executive’s legal library and GMB union offices.
