Terrorism charges court date for Rotherham man
A 26-YEAR-OLD man is due back in court this morning facing terrorism charges.
Nicholas Roddis, of Maltby, will appear at Southwark Crown Court charged with Engaging in the Preparation of an Act of Terrorism under Section five of the Terrorism Act 2006.
Roddis was arrested by officers from the North East Counter Terrorism Unit in March this year and is currently in custody.
He appeared via video link at Westminster Magistrates' Court last Friday when the case was adjourned until today.
