'It's coming home' Euros support on Rotherham's roadside signs

ROTHERHAM’S roadside matrix signs are displaying the words “It’s coming home” — thanks to the Advertiser.

RMBC listened to our request for the feature ahead of England's semi-final clash with Denmark this evening.

The council decided to make the full message: “It’s coming home... make sure Covid isn’t.”

Eight of the borough’s matrix signs — installed in 2013 using Department for Transport grants — are currently showing the message of the support.

They usually carry messages about upcoming roadworks schemes and have been used more recently for Covid-related safety and travel advice.
