Weston Park Cancer Charity - Can you give us a hand?

That’s the question from Weston Park Cancer Charity which is looking for volunteers to help run its Rotherham transport service, which will launch soon.
The service will operate twice daily, and will provide people living in Rotherham with free travel to and from Weston Park Cancer Centre in Sheffield for cancer treatment.

Hide AdIt follows the successful launch of the charity’s Chesterfield and Barnsley services, which support hundreds of local people with free transport each year.
Mary Platts, who volunteers for the charity’s Chesterfield transport service, said: “If you have any skill or experience that would be of use, give it a go.
“I think that the more of us who volunteer and do our bit, no matter how small, the better.”
For more information or to register your interest in volunteering, contact Weston Park Cancer Charity transport manager Matt Hadley by calling 0114 553 3330 (select option two) or email [email protected].
