Tributes to "amazing" Rotherham school headteacher rushed to hospital after heart attack shock
Warm wishers flood in as popular teacher remains ill
Warm tributes have been paid to an “amazing” Rotherham headteacher, who was rushed to hospital after suffering a heart attack earlier this week.
Rachael Booth s, headteacher of the Willows School in Thurcroft, suffered a heart attack on Wednesday morning while she was at the school.
Staff and pupils at the special education place of learning on Locksley Drive were left shocked as emergency services rushed to the scene - and the school has been closed since.
It is due to open again on Monday - though the school has not definitely confirmed this.

A message on the school website from Warren Carratt, chief executive officer of Nexus Multi Academy Trust, yesterday said: “Rachael’s condition remains critical, and the next 48 hours are crucial.”
Wellwishers have been quick to praise Mrs Booth and show their support for her on the Advertiser Facebook page.
