Parents offered autism support
PARENTS and carers for people with autism are being urged to attend a seminar featuring one of the world-leading experts on autism care.
Ukraine-based Olga Bogdashina, who is president of the Autism Society, and has written several books on autism and Asperger’s Syndrome, will be speaking at the event at Rockingham Development Centre on January 9 at 1.30pm.
Phil Sadler, who is organising the meeting, said it would be most useful to relatives and care home staff working with adults with the conditions.
