Eat cake to support Mexborough cancer patients this weekend

Volunteers from the Aurora Centre at Mexborough Montagu Hospital organise a regular get-together on the last Saturday of the month at Mexborough Library.

The centre offers free beauty treatments to men and women who have been diagnosed with cancer as well as their carers. It is also open for paid-for treatments to members of the public.

And to help raise funds for the service, supporters are invited to the latest coffee morning from 10.30am to noon this Saturday (25).

Entrance is £1 which includes tea, coffee and cake. Activities also include bingo, a cake stall, white elephant stall and a raffle.
