Auction of Olympic hero’s portrait to boost charity coffers
JESSICA Ennis signed a Brinsworth artist’s portrait of herself to be auctioned in aid of Rotherham Hospice.
The Olympic hero met painter Jamie Wilkinson at the English Institute of Sport to autograph the piece and a hospice T-shirt.
The items will be up for grabs at the charity’s Bollywood Ball at Magna tomorrow night. Events fundraiser Ashley Corker said: “It’s sure to be a fantastic evening.”
