OFSTED bans kids from childminder's garden
A CHILDMINDER was banned from having children in her garden after it was found to be unsafe by inspectors.
She was given a warning letter from Ofsted after they received a tip-off that raised concerns. They found that neither the front or back gardens had secure boundaries.
A spokesman said: “We discussed this with the childminder who could not give a reasonable date by which the necessary works will have been carried out.
“Therefore, we imposed a condition on her registration which prevents the use of the garden.”
The Rotherham childminder, unnamed in an outcome summary report, remains registered with Ofsted.
