Motorcyclist taken to hospital after crash


EMERGENCY services blocked off a road in Rawmarsh following a collision which left a motorcyclist in hospital.
The incident happened at about 8.10am on Friday at the corner of Blyth Avenue and Middle Avenue.
A black Vauxhall Corsa and a black Lexmoto Arrow 125 motorbike are believed to have been involved in the collision.
The motorcyclist was taken to hospital although his injuries do not appear to be serious, a South Yorkshire Police spokesman said.
