Mexborough’s canal gets a clean-up
VOLUNTEERS were happily getting their hands dirty again at the latest clean-up of Mexborough’s canalside.
The new Mexborough Ferryboat Association is leading the work to restore the former ferry slipway as part of its hopes to bring the crossing back into use.
