Meadowhall to hold Christmas jobs fair

JOB seekers should dust off their CV as around 1,000 job opportunities will be on offer at Meadowhall’s jobs fair next week.

The shopping centre is preparing for its busiest time of the year and temporary Christmas staff are needed.

The jobs fair will take place on Wednesday (September 21) in The Oasis Courtyard from 10am to 9pm.

Candidates should take along copies of their CV and any other supporting material.

Attendees will also be able to apply for jobs on the day.

Darren Pearce, Meadowhall director, said: “The jobs fair has been a huge success in previous years, finding the right number and calibre of candidates for diverse retail roles across the centre.

“It provides hundreds of people with a great opportunity and helps our retailers fill their seasonal vacancies in plenty of time for the Christmas rush.”
