Masked man threatened woman at stables

The 26-year-old was at some stables just off Aston Lane, Aughton at around 9pm on Tuesday, March 15.

Police said the man - who had a scarf covering his face - made inappropriate comments to the woman, demanded property and fled in the direction of the Robin Hood pub.

The man was described as being around 5ft 7ins tall, of slim build and was wearing a dark baseball cap and a dark waterproof jacket.
