Mail delivery offices open longer for Christmas
POSTAL delivery offices will run extended opening hours across the country in the hope of beating the festive rush.
Royal Mail some of its delivery offices will be open from 6.30am until 5.30pm on weekdays and some are also open until 5pm on Christmas Eve.
Sue Whalley, Royal Mail’s chief operations officer, said: “Opening many of our busiest delivery offices later helps our customers at this very busy time of the year.”
