Lubricants company Exol transports products by barge
BOSSES at a lubricant and oil company have added a new mode of transport to its fleet — but it’s not what you’re thinking.
Exol Lubriants will use a new barge — Exol Pride\!q — to transport materials from Hull to its Northfield Road bulk bending plant.
The new vessel is part of a strategy to utilise the country’s waterways as an environmentally friendly alternative to road transport.

Hide AdExol has appeared in ITV’s Barging About Britain programme because of its use of waterways.
Sales director Steve Dunn said: “Our new barge, Exol Pride, presents us with an environmentally friendly option while transporting large loads.”
