Labour deputy leader Angela Rayner campaigns in Dinnington by-election

LABOUR deputy leader Angela Rayner hit the campaign trail in Dinnington ahead of the by-election on July 13.

The vacancy came after Conservative Charlie Wooding lost his seat for poor attendance at Rotherham Council meetings.

Ms Rayner said: “The Tory councillor here couldn’t be bothered to turn up to a meeting for six months, and took the taxpayers’ money.
