Ice star Dave Vitty at Meadowhall

DANCING on Ice star Comedy Dave Vitty will be at Meadowhall Shopping Centre this weekend meeting fans.

The Radio 1 DJ will be in Sheffield ahead of the Dancing on Ice Tour which comes to the Motorpoint Arena on Apri 9l. On the tour Dave will be skating with professional Nina Ulalova who will was partnered with Coronation Street’s Steve Arnold on the hit ITV1 show.

Dave who is best known as Chris Moyle’s right hand man left the competition in week six after judges voted to save Kerry Katona in the skate-off.

He said: “I'm really chuffed to be doing the Dancing On Ice Tour and I'm hoping that without the pressure of the telly show, I might even learn to skate a bit better this time!

“The Dancing on Ice Tour is a great live spectacle in front of a massive crowd and I’m really looking forward to skating with Nina and bringing the show to Sheffield.

The excitement is building as we get ready to hit the road, and hopefully we'll get to meet lots of Dancing on Ice fans when we visit Meadowhall this Saturday!”
