Historic building to be demolished for townhouses
A 17TH century building will be demolished to make way for three townhouses, under new plans.
RJR Developments has applied for permission to build on the Kimberworth Hall site on Kimberworth Road.
The building was last used as the Haven-Lea Day Nursery. Rotherham Borough Council is expected to make a decision on March 9.
