HAVE YOUR SAY: ‘Surge’ in progress at Abbey School
A ‘SUDDEN surge’ in progress has been shown at recovering Abbey School thanks to consistent teaching keeping pupils’ interest, Ofsted has said.
Inspectors made their second visit back to the special school since branding it inadequate and placing it in special measures in 2014.
Campaigners won their battle to save Abbey from closure in February and Ofsted has noted the improvements made there since.
