Have your say on hospital care

PATIENTS are being urged to have their say about the care they receive via a new website.

Rotherham, Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust is urging people to record their feeding back on its website www.rdash.nhs.uk.

All patients, family or carers have to do is click on the “have your say” box on the home page and they can easily give their comments to the Trust online.

Patients, family and carers can also let the Trust know about their comments by completing a Your Opinion Counts form, available from staff by emailing [email protected] or by ringing the Patient Advice and Liaison Team on 0800 0154334.

Julie Mouncher, who oversees the PALS team, said: “We encourage patients to tell us about the service they have received, whether they are telling us something is great or not so great.

“We listen to every comment submitted to us and use it to help shape our services of the future.”
