AN INDEPENDENT review of Magna’s future plans has still not been completed — as councillors ponder another loan to the science centre.
The £250,000 request was deferred in February as members wanted to see proof of the former Templeborough steelworks’ viability.
Magna was late submitting its five-year plan because of staff absence and now a final decision on the payment is not expected until August.
