Goldthorpe students tech-up valuable work experience

WORK experience has helped four students gain valuable tech skills which could help them find jobs.

The students from Dearne ALC in Goldthorpe were given the chance to gain work experience with Barnsley Council’s Digital, IT and Service Development teams.

Fourteen-year-olds Connor Jenkins, James Oakland, Josh Jenkins and Nicky Cranmer-Bills visited Goldthorpe Job Club where they helped residents get online.
