Go-ahead for Parkgate development
DEVELOPERS have been given the go-ahead for the next phase of their project in Parkgate.
Gregory Projects Limited has secured approval for 9,400 sq ft of retail space at Great Eastern Way, which has already been pre-let to Formula One Autocentres.
Construction is already underway for phase one of the scheme, which is due to be finished in the summer and house stores including Aldi, Iceland and Home Bargains.
