Get your hands dirty at canal clean-up
A GROUP’S final canalside clean-up of the year takes place this weekend.
The Mexborough Ferryboat Association are carrying out another canalside clean-up at Mexborough Ferryboat slipway from 10.30am on Saturday.
The final clearing for the year at the slipway will see jobs completed in preparation for spring and next year’s improvements.
All volunteers are welcome to go along and help out at the site off Station Road.
