Fulcrum first for customer service

ROTHERHAM company Fulcrum has become the first utilities company in the UK to achieve a major national customer service standard.

Northfield-based Fulcrum has achieved the Putting The Customer First standard, which is open to businesses throughout the UK and run by national accreditation body, Customer First UK.

Fulcrum provides new gas, water and electricity connections and has also been an independent gas transporter for three years.

The business has more than 300 staff at its offices in South Yorkshire and Edinburgh.
