Four deliberate car fires over the weekend

FIREFIGHTERS dealt with four deliberate vehicle fires across the area over the weekend.

The first was on Friday at 8.20pm on Coke Hill in Rotherham town centre.

Shortly before 10pm, another vehicle was set alight on Killamarsh Lane in Woodall.

A car fire happened on Lockwood Road in Goldthorpe at 12.15am on Saturday, followed by another on Doncaster Road in East Dene at 1am today.

Meanwhile, firefighters from Aston Park station attended an accidental shed fire at 12.10am today on West Lane in Aughton.
