Firefighters tackle blazes of unknown cause
FIREFIGHTERS tackled two fires overnight, the causes of which remain unknown.
Aston station attended Swinston Hill Road, Dinnington at 8.20pm yesterday, where hay was ablaze.
They used water backpacks to put out the fire, leaving the scene around one hour later.
Dearne station attended Littlefield Lane in Wombwell at 1am today, where a skip was alight.
Staff left the scene at about 2.30am.
