'Excellent' Dearne service keeps Office Depot on board for three more years

A MANVERS call centre is celebrating after a client agreed a three-year contract extension.

HEROtsc has been re-appointed by stationery supplier Office Depot to handle all of their customer service engagement for Viking brand, a sub-division of the firm.

The Dearne Valley contact centre will manage the account along with a sister facility in Rothesay.

The company recently employed its 6,000th team member and opened additional sites in Derby and Glasgow.
