Emergency sewer works in town centre
PEDESTRIANS in Rotherham town centre are being warned that emergency repair works have begun following the incident two weeks ago that saw several shops being flooded.
Contractors for Yorkshire Water are now excavating and carrying out repairs to the damaged sewer outside B&M Bargains on College Street.
The work began yesterday and is expected to take four days.
