Drugs raid man charged
A MAN has appeared before magistrates after being charged following a drugs raid off Wellgate.
Police executed a warrant at a property on Sherwood Crescent last Wednesday morning (28) and recovered cannabis plants.
Dritan Kuqja (41), of no fixed abode, was charged with producing a controlled drug of class B.
He appeared at Sheffield Magistrates’ Court on Friday and has been remanded in custody ahead of a hearing at the city’s crown court on October 28.
