“Firefighters did a fantastic job of getting the fire under control and had extinguished it within two hours. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately.”

Photographer Luca Jeffery captured the scale of the blaze damage with a drone flying over the area.

Firefighters had already dealt with three other deliberate fires across the area over the weekend, all of them involving vehicles.

The first was on Friday at 8.20pm on Coke Hill in Rotherham town centre, and shortly before 10pm, another vehicle was set alight on Killamarsh Lane in Woodall.

Another car fire happened on Doncaster Road in East Dene at 1am on Monday.
