Two seriously hurt in car crash

TWO men were seriously injured in a car crash on Friday night.

They were in a silver Ford Ka driving from Warmsworth in the direction of Broomhouse Lane when it hit a parked Transit van in Edlington.

The men, aged 21 and 24, were taken to hospital. A 15-year-old boy also in the car suffered minor bruising.

Anyone with information about the incident, which happened at 9.50pm, is asked to contact South Yorkshire Police on 101, quoting incident 1166 of November 20.
