Two quizzed over shop robberies

A MAN and a woman have been questioned in relation to robberies at two shops in Rotherham.

A 25-year-old woman and a 26-year-old woman, both from Sheffield, were arrested last week on suspicion of carrying out a robbery at TC’s Mini Mart, Brinsworth Road, Catcliffe on February 12.

The man was also arrested on suspicion of another robbery at the Co-op supermarket, Worrygoose Lane, Whiston on February 21.

They have both been bailed pending further enquiries.
