Two arrested in Rotherham over "child neglect"
TWO arrests were made today as police investigated neglect allegations involving a 12-year-old girl.
A man and woman were arrested after police carried out enquiries at two properties in Parkfield Road, Rotherham near to Clifton Park.
A police spokeswoman said: “The enquiries relate to the neglect of a 12-year-old girl.
“A man and woman have been arrested.”
