Police release CCTV image of man in Barnburgh burglary investigation

POLICE investigating a house burglary have issued a CCTV picture of a man they would like to speak to.

The incident happened on October 13 in the Doncaster Road area of Barnburgh.

The resident of the property had returned home in the late morning to find it had been ransacked and a number of items taken.

A 34-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident but has since been released with no further action.

The man on the CCTV image could hold vital information, say the police, and are urging any witnesses to the burglary to call 101 or email [email protected], quoting incident number 391 of October 13.
