Man sustains slash wound in Swinton assault
A MAN suffered a suspected slash wound after being approached by a group of males outside a Swinton bar.
The assault on the 23-year-old happened in the early hours of Thursday, December 27, outside Cafe Sport after a “group of males” approached him.
“The 23-year-old was punched in the head causing him to fall to the ground and he sustained a suspected slash wound to his arm,” added a police spokeswoman.
Enquiries are ongoing and witnesses are asked to call 101 quoting incident number 82 of December 27.
