Man injured after car and motorbike collision in Wombwell
POLICE were called to a collision between a car and a motorcycle in Wombwell this morning which left one person injured.
A spokesperson for South Yorkshire Police said they had received a report at 9.12am of a collision between a car and a motorcycle on Mayflower Way, Wombwell.
“One man sustained an injury not thought to be serious," they added.
Traffic was disrupted for a short time while the vehicles were recovered, they added, with the road re-opening by 11am.
