Man held in Mexborough murder probe

A 44-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after the discovery of a body yesterday afternoon.

The body was discovered in a property on Auckland Road, Mexborough, at 1.45pm.

Officers are currently trying to identify the body.
