Firefighters tackle two car fires
FIREFIGHTERS put out two burning cars in the Dearne area over the weekend.
One crew attended a Fiat Stilo ablaze on Welland Gardens, Elsecar at around 2.25am on Saturday.
Staff came away at around 3am — the fire is thought to have been caused deliberately.
Another crew responded to a burning car on Dovecliffe Road, Wombwell at around 3pm on Sunday.
Staff left the scene at around 3.30pm — the cause of the fire is currently unknown.
