Fire crew battles arson attack
FIREFIGHTERS were called out after arsonists set fire to grassland in Kimberworth.
They attended Fenton Road at 7pm on Wednesday (11), using backpacks and beaters to put out the flames.
The fire, which happened close to allotments, was confirmed as deliberate by South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue.
Later, colleagues from Mansfield Road station attended an accidental rubbish fire in a garden at The Lanes, East Dene.
