Eastwood man told to prepare for jail after admitting sex offences


AN EASTWOOD man who sexually abused a teenage girl has been told to prepare for jail.
Robert Foster (27), of St John's Road, pleaded guilty at Sheffield Crown Court today (Tuesday) to two counts of sexual activity with a 15-year-old girl in Rotherham in September.
He was bailed for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
Judge Rachael Harrison told him: “You should prepare yourself for immediate custody because that’s what’s likely to happen.”

Hide AdFoster pleaded not guilty to a third count of inciting a child to engage in sexual activity and the plea was accepted by the Crown Prosecution Service.
He will be sentenced at the same court on April 26.
