Blaze leaves Rotherham pub badly damaged

FIRE ripped through the roof of a derelict pub after arsonists struck on last night.

Five fire engines attended the Domino in Kimberworth Park and crews spent four hours tackling the blaze.

A spokeswoman for South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue said: “The fire started on the first floor of this derelict detached building.

“It was quite badly damaged and the fire burned through the roof. No-one was injured.”
