Arrest in Mexborough after man suffers slash wounds to head
A MAN was arrested for GBH after an attack in which another man suffered slash wounds to the head.
The 57-year-old victim was taken to hospital after the incident, on Clayfield View in Mexborough, and later released.
A police spokesman said: “Officers were called to reports of a man with slash wounds to the head at 7.30pm on Sunday.
“A 45-year-old man arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm has been released under investigation.”
