Coffee morning boost for defibrillator appeal

A SCHOOL’S bid to buy a defibrillator is set to be boosted by a community coffee morning.

Pitt Street Infant School in Mexborough has already raised £750 – enough to buy the defibrillator itself – and now needs £650 for the special cage to keep it in so it can be easily accessed by the public.

The school is holding a coffee morning on Thursday (April 23) from 9am to 10am to raise more cash.
