Changes to Rotherham’s bus timetables

Route runners First, Tates and Powells are all altering their services from tomorrow and people using public transport are being urged to check the timetables before heading out.

Among the services affected are Powell’s Bus service 4 between Meadowhall, Rotherham and Bramley, which has been revised to run between Rotherham, Bramley and Ravenfield Common, while the Number 15 First service from Rotherham - East Herringthorpe has changes to the times during the evening and the 105 between Todwick - Dinnington has been scrapped.

Tates Travel service 227 from Barnsley to Rotherham will be run by TM Travel instead, while the early-morning Powell’s Bus X7 between Sheffield and Maltby will leave Maltby at 7am instead of 7.15am.

A new hourly X20 Stagecoach service will be introduced, running between Barnsley and Doncaster via Wombwell, Manvers, Mexborough and Conisborough on Mondays to Saturdays.
