Cash in the ‘Dragon’s Den’ available for community groups

COMMUNITY groups and charities landed much-needed funding after appealing for cash in a Dragon's Den style showdown.

The event was organised by RCS Professional Development, a non-profit company set up by staff and volunteers of Rawmarsh Comprehensive School to support primary schools in teaching gymnastics, dance and athletics.

Surplus money is re-invested in the company or distributed for the benefit of the school or the local community.
