Busy night for fire crews in Dearne Valley

FIRE crews attended three deliberate rubbish fires in the Dearne Valley last night.

Cudworth firefighters were called out to a deliberate rubbish fire at 7.05pm on Barnsley Road, Darfield.

The crew left the scene 25 minutes later.

A wheelie bin was deliberately set on fire at 11.05pm on Pearson Crescent, Wombwell.

Firefighters from Cudworth station attended the incident. They left at 11.20pm.

Firefighters from Dearne station were called out to a deliberate rubbish fire at 12.10am on Oak Road, Wath.

The crew left the scene at 12.25am.
