Brighouse and Raistrick Brass band set for Civic

ONE of the finest brass bands in the UK is set to perform in Rotherham.

The Brighouse and Rastrick band, regarded by many as the best and most consistent "public subscription band" in the world, has won an impressive array of championships over its 125 year lifespan.

The band is also known for the famous 70's hit "The Floral Dance", for which it won both Silver and Gold Discs and international acclaim.
