Bikes, a dog show and a traditional fair come to Wath

The event, on Saturday, July 13, will take place in the town hall grounds from 1pm.

Barnsley Concert Band will perform and visitors can enjoy games, music, a taekwando exhibition with free sessions, a raffle and tombola.

This year there will also be a Cycle Experience roadshow giving families the chance to try out a range of different models and get advice on maintenance, route planning and safety.

The popular dog show will be in its usual spot outside Montgomery Hall and refreshments will be available in St James’ Room at the parish church by the ladies of the Mothers’ Union.

An event spokeswoman said: “Do come along and get involved in a fun-filled afternoon.”
